Spreading smile is enough

I am going to talk about importance of sharing emotions in life.

I believe there should be some time reserved just for ourselves. People who work like machines turn into machines; completely emotionless and socially unstable. If this instability is continued it will have an impact on the personality resulting in psychological problems which transfer to generations.

Everything we stress will be forgotten in the end except for the moments we had spent with our loved ones. Just wait here and recall your childhood or maybe teenage; now you are missing all those moments!

Spreading smiles and words of wisdom with Amal Fellows will surely be one of those memories that I won’t ever forget. During our last session, we just enjoyed light moments with lots of fun activities and games.

I am the kind of person who doesn’t feel many emotions but had an emotional imbalance when I joined the last Zoom meeting. I saw all of the beautiful faces of my fellows and of course of the facilitators, Sir Anis and Ma’am Iqra, they are truly an inspiration for all of us. I thanked everyone in my heart that morning.

It was a transcending experience for me. Amal Academy helps Pakistani youth realize their dreams and work on them. All of my fellows and alumnus are extremely helpful, amiable, and encouraging. Some of them are now my close friends. I have connected with a lot of them through different social media platforms.

I learned interpersonal skills with the help of the Amal Career Fellowship. But apart from this, I groomed my personality with a positive outlook. I realized the importance of gratitude, compassion, and feedback. I won’t let go of these precious and priceless lessons.
